About Strauss Farm

Agriculture has been in our blood for more than 200 years. This land—its soil, its history, its quiet strength—is deeply meaningful to us. It is special. It is blessed. And it carries the stories of those who stewarded it before us. As the daughter of Fred Strauss, it is an honor to carry forward the agricultural legacy of our family.

In 2024, our family returned to the land and began a new chapter here. We didn’t come with the intention of rushing or recreating what once was. We came to listen, to observe, and to imagine what this land could become in this season of its life.

We believe land is meant to gather people—to teach, to nourish, and to connect generations.

Over time, we’ve felt a growing sense of clarity.

It is time.

In 2026, we are introducing our Adopt-A-Tractor Family Experience, a small-batch, pasture-raised chicken program designed to reconnect families to their food and the land that raises it.

Through this experience, we invite you to:

• Visit the farm
• See how pasture-raised chickens are cared for
• Learn why daily movement, fresh grass, and thoughtful scale matters
• And fill your freezer with food you can feel confident providing for your family

This is not about doing more—it’s about doing things well. We raise the chickens. We manage the land. We take on the hard parts.
